Magical Monday - Bird Image

This will be our last challenge of the year. We will be taking a two week break so the Designers and myself can have a break and enjoy our families without any added commitments during this holiday time and the beginning of the New Year. We will resume our challenges the week of January 9th. We wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy and safe New Year!

This week I bring you the last challenge for 2011 for Paper Cupcakes. The challenge is anything goes with style or design, BUT your image has to incorporate a bird of some type.

You do not need to use one of our digital images to play along, but of course we would love to see a Paper Cupcakes image used. Please note: Everyone that uses a Paper Cupcake's image will be entered into the drawing twice to win.

The prize for this week’s random drawing for whoever participates and follows this weeks challenge and links their work back here will get to pick two images of their choice from my store Paper Cupcakes.

Magical Monday - Sketch Challenge

For the month of December I (Nina) will be bringing you the challenges. We are going to kick off the month with a sketch. You can flip it, rotate it or stretch it, just as long as you can still see the original sketch below on your card.

I am doing this so if you want to use a Paper Cupcake's image that might be fun to work with for this particular challenge, you have one. Or you can always pick your own out at the Paper Cupcake's store which you can find HERE.

This week Sonia Rivera brings us our challenge. She would love to see us create a Vintage or Shabby Chic Christmas Card/Project.

Layers of softness... Use ribbon and lace, a time-worn look achieved by inking, pearls, glitter and other such embellishments

Vintage
Soft, Distressed elements and.. use buttons, crochet trim, *flowers made out of old dress patterns or from old book.
