This week Sonia Rivera brings us our challenge. She would love to see us create a Vintage or Shabby Chic Christmas Card/Project.


Shabby Chic
Layers of softness... Use ribbon and lace, a time-worn look achieved by inking, pearls, glitter and other such embellishments

Vintage
Soft, Distressed elements and.. use buttons, crochet trim, *flowers made out of old dress patterns or from old book.

You do not need to use one of our digital images to play along, but of course we would love to see a Paper Cupcakes image used. Please note: Everyone that uses a Paper Cupcake's image will be entered into the drawing twice to win.

Since this is not my normal monthly give away and you would like to use a Paper Cupcake image you can find "Gingerbread Boy" in my store here for just a $1.00 this week only until Sunday evening, December 4th. I am doing this so if you want to use a Paper Cupcake's image that might be fun to work with for this particular challenge, you have one. MAGICAL MONDAY - SKETCH

Wow, I can't believe we are already to the second image for the month! This weeks image release is called "Kacey". Now, I realize that fairies might not appeal to everyone, but I say give "Kacey" a try and you might be surprised how versital and magical she really is. She's waving a shy hello to all of you who have shown up today to snag her, but I don't want you to just snag her.....

I am in a process of getting a website up and going to make available to you not only these images, but many more originals by me in digi form and in the near future photopolymer as well... it's all in "the works"! In just hours a new free image will be released)

... I want you to come out and play with us in this week's challenge as well. Speaking of challenges, if you haven't figured it out yet, yes, it's this sketch:



What are the rules? Use Kacey and use this sketch. You can stretch it, rotate it, reverse it, etc as long as the original sketch can still be seen. You also do not necessarily have to use flowers or ribbon, be creative! Don't forget to come back and post here on Mr. Linky so we can all share in your creations as well!
