Theresa & Kerrie please send me your email address at email@example.com so I can forward them to our sponsor for last week and she will be in contact with you.
I hope everyone had a nice Mother's Day! Please welcome Jessie Fitz Henry back as she joins our DT! Please forgive me for not being around much to leave some luvins on your projects these last few weeks. I am in the process of a mural outside my home and I am hoping I will finish it up this week, which will free up some of my day hours once complete; hopefully by the end of this week.
"Softly Afloat" is no longer available for free... if by chance you missed this freebie, you can now find this image in my store Paper Cupcakes)
Sue Walsh brings us this weeks challenge. She wants us to do a CAS (Clean & Simple) card AND use the "Softly Afloat" image from Paper Cupcakes. The following is what is consider a CAS card.
1. Clean: the design is uncluttered with lots of white or open space. Simple: having a clear focal point without a lot going on to detract from it.
2. simple in design regardless of the number of embellishments or how long it takes to color, stitch or to use a special technique
3. can be copied and mass produced fairly quickly… usually without a lot of coloring, layers, embellishments, tools and/or techniques
4. any combination of the above
The prize for this week’s random drawing for whoever participates in this weeks challenge and links their work back here is will get to pick an image of their choice from my storePaper Cupcakes
Now for the oh so talented...
