Well, here we are already in October and it is officially Fall here in Indiana! I have a feeling we are going to see a lot of fall colors for these images this month! First, I want to thank Helen and Deedee for gracing us with their wonderful talents for the month of September! Second, I am excited to introduce to you Amanda and Dawn our Guest Designers for the month of October. They too, bring a lot of talent to the month of September and I feel very blessed to have them come play along this month. So, why don't you give them a nice welcome!
Since I love October, I am so excited to bring you some wonderful images for this month. We are going to kick off the first 2 weeks with some cute Halloween images I hope you will adore. Then we are going to move into more of a fall/harvest theme. I realize not everyone has the change of seasons, but I find these images to be very versatile.
This week's image is called "Mouse Candy". One thing you should know about me is that I am a big rodent fan! I love mice and rats and I mean the real ones. Of course I mean only as pets, not necessarily the wild ones running around the house. We have 3 rats as pets right now and have had a mix in the past years. I know, I know there will be lots of you that will go "eek" and some that know and understand exactly what I mean. As pets, mice and rats make wonderful pets and I would have a rat any day! :O) So, you may see lots of mice and rats in future images! LOL...

I would have one upset little boy if I gave her away, and maybe an upset participant if they opened up a package and found a rat! OK.. ReplyDeleteI happen to have a herd of cats, but a friend of ours has pet rats, and I have had such fun playing with them! They're such bright, inquisitive creatures.

well i would be thrilled to recive the rat! too bad my two cats would be also! so best i dont get the cute little guy :0) i will have to sit this weeks challenge out as i do not celebrate halloween. but will be back for the fall challenges :0)

ReplyDeleteOh...but Louise is so cute! I just love this image. My card is uploaded. Just on a side note: My 9yr old son is so into building, drawing, etc. just a very creative kid. I've been printing an extra image for him to color each week and he just can't wait for Mondays to see what's next. So not only am I enjoying your images he is too...thanks for all your effort in putting these together.

ReplyDeleteLove this little mouse! The digi image, not the real one!! Had to pick up orange copic markers just to color in the pumpkin:) I can hardly wait for next weeks Halloween image because this one was so fun for myself and my daughter. Thanks!
