MAGICAL MONDAY - Paper Piecing

Gosh, I can hardly believe this is the last week of the month for August. Next week we will start a whole new month and we will have 2 new Guest Designers! I truly want to thank Karen and Ulrica for being such great GD's for the month of August!! (((applause)))

This week’s free image is "Gigi on tube". Yes, if you visited my blog in the early stages you might recognize this week's image. If you weren't around in the beginning then "Surprise"! Yes, Gigi is one pampered pig and she is just chilling and letting life pass her by as she floats about, in style of course!

I am in a process of getting a website up and going to make available to you not only these images, but many more originals by me in digital form and in the near future photopolymer as well... it's all in "the works"! In just hours a new free image will be released)

The challenge for this week is: Paper Piecing. If you don't have a clue about how to do this with a digital stamp I found this to be great you don't have to do it this way (I just googled this), but this might be a nice little piece of knowledge to have when working with digital stamps. Of course just the cutting and coloring is OK with me too!! So I say give it a try and join in the fun and share you creation with all of us! You know we are dying to see them!

Unfortunately Ulrica was unable to participate this week. She fell and hurt her hand/wrist and was unable to paper craft with Gigi. We certainly will miss her creation for this week! Hope you're healing Ulrica!
