Magical Monday - Less is More

Nikki please send me your choice of 2 images and your e-mail address that you would like them forwarded to at magicintheair@att.net and I will get them out to you. You can find a full listing of all the images here. CONGRATS and ENJOY!

This week Ildiko Cseh brings us our challenge which is..... "Less is More" which equals clean and simple, lots of white/negative open space with little embellishment.

1. Clean: the design is uncluttered with lots of white/negative or open space. Simple: having a clear focal point without a lot going on to detract from it. OR

2. Simple in design regardless of the number of embellishments or how long it takes to color, stitch or to use a special technique. OR

3. Can be copied and mass produced fairly quickly… usually without a lot of coloring, layers, embellishments, tools and/or techniques OR

4. any combination of the above

You do not need to use one of our digital images to play along, but of course we would love to see a Paper Cupcakes image used. Please note: Everyone that uses a Paper Cupcake's image will be entered into the drawing twice to win.

If you don't have a Paper Cupcake's image and would like to use one you can find the below image "Egg Hunt" HERE. You can always pick your own out at the Paper Cupcake's store which you can find HERE.

(Cand now be found in the store)

The prize for this week’s random drawing for whoever participates and follows this weeks challenge and links their work back here will get to pick two images of their choice from my store Paper Cupcakes.

Well, in celebration of today being my birthday I am giving a little birthday freebie away... you can download it HERE ~ ENJOY!

If you want to leave me a birthday wish in the comments that would be great, but if you would leave the designers some luvins instead that would really make my day! They take the time to share their talents and time with us on a regular basis and my challenge blog wouldn't be anything thing without all the designers and guest designers that have shared since I first started this blog. Lot's of people join in the challenges for a chance to win, but hardly anyone ever leaves a comment, which sometimes makes me really sad.... so if you want to leave me a comment this time around, direct it towards the designers!
